In October FEGIME Polska joined Podkarpacki Business Club. We are convinced that our participation in PKB will result in better competitiveness of our group and bring new interesting contacts.

On the 17th September 2009 in Cracow met FEGIME representatives from all European associated countries. National delegates considered a possibility of signing new European contracts and accepting new member countries. Osram presented new solutions based on LED technology.

On the 29th of May Italy hosted 11th FEGIME Congress . Its participants were the suppliers of the group and about 170 wholesalers from all FEGIME countries. In the picture: representatives of FEGIME Polska.

On the 23rd of September 2008 the function of the President of FEGIME Polska is held by Mr. Marian Nowak. The Supervisory Board consists of: Mr. Waldemar Madura, Mr. Zbigniew Srokowski, Mr. Stanisław Zaliwski.

On the 12th of September FEGIME Polska Group was celebrating its 5th anniversary. The gala evening took place in The Poznanski Palace in Lodz.

From May 2008 the function of President of FEGIME Polska is held by Mr. Maciej Wróblewski. Moreover, the shareholders elected the Supervisory Board consisting of: Mr. Marian Nowak - Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Waldemar Madura, Mr. Zbigniew Srokowski.

In March group of national delegates from 12 FEGIME GmbH member countries visited new central office in Nuremberg.

From the 1st of January group FEGIME Polska was enlarged by a new member Ampli from Tarnów. Warm welcome to our new member.

In October FEGIME Polska was visited by Mr. Jean-Charles Thuard, Mr. Luigi Pelucchi and Mr. Mariusz Gniadek from LEGRAND . The meeting aimed at discussing mutual cooperation.

In September FEGIME Polska was visited by Mr. Christian Flohr, Mr. Jacek Wiernicki and Mr. Grzegorz Firynowicz from OSRAM . The meeting aimed at discussing mutual cooperation.

In May 2007, in Lisbon suppliers and wholesalers belonging to FEGIME met at the 10th FEGIME Congress. Congress Slogan: Using Potential.

In December 2006 shareholders of PHE Sp. z o.o. voted for changing the name of the company to FEGIME Polska Sp. z o.o. This change is supposed to promote uniform image of FEGIME group in Poland and Europe.

In October 2006, HQ of PHE Sp. z o.o. was moved to another address. It is still situated in Lodz, new address: ul. Obywatelska 137 (near ul. Nowe Sady)

In May there was created a new association of Polish electrical wholesalers called Forum Elektrotechniki Polskiej. One of its founders is PHE. The organisation aims at integration of the Polish electrical market.

In April PHE Shareholders were invited to our German FEGIME neighbour - FEGIME Deutschland. It was a good opportunity to exchange information and market experience. PHE visited also one of German producers.

In September FEGIME organised in Warsaw Shareholders' Meeting. Traditionally, FEGIME invites for such meetings one or two of its European suppliers. This time it was Osram together with its national managers.

In July, the Executive Vice President of the Philips Lighting Group - Mr. Marc de Jong, visited the PHE's central office in Lodz. Both companies discussed their cooperation and future possibilities for development.

In June PHE took part in the 9th FEGIME Congress organized in London. It was an outstanding opportunity to meet our European business partners and make new contacts with suppliers.

ASAJ - our shareholder opened in Siedlce (ul. Tetmajera 1) a new Headquarter.

PHE visited FEGIME GmbH and FEGIME Deutschland in Nuremberg.

PHE approved a new member - Libra s.j. as of the 1st of January 2005.

PHE was invited to FEGIME shareholders´ meeting to Ghent. All FEGIME´s members approved unanimously the application of PHE to become a new member as of 1st January 2005.

PHE invited an European group FEGIME GmbH to visit Lodz. Both groups introduced themselves to each other and discussed the possibilities of future cooperation.
